Bali Komodo Luxury Package — End-to-End Concierge

The Bali & Komodo Concierge Package is a seven-day journey with one coordinator from start to finish: three tailored days in Bali, then four days and three nights aboard our own Komodo Luxury phinisi in Komodo National Park. Nothing is brokered out. The airport team, the chauffeured cars, the villas and the boat all belong to one group, so a single WhatsApp thread covers everything from the moment you land at Denpasar until you board your flight home. As a clear starting point, the luxury phinisi tier runs USD 3,500–8,000 per day for small groups, and every other component is priced openly on this page.

Why combine Bali and Komodo in one trip?

Because each half answers a different wish. Bali gives you a private villa, temples, long dinners and unhurried spa mornings. Komodo gives you dragons walking wild, pink-sand beaches, manta rays and a traditional two-masted sailing yacht with no other guests aboard. The flight between them takes about one hour and ten minutes. Planned well, the two halves feel like one story rather than two bookings.

For the sailing portion of this package we coordinate with Komodo Luxury, whose private yacht charter Komodo options match vessel class to party size and itinerary.

Planned badly, they feel like five suppliers. Most Bali Komodo luxury package listings you find online are chains of middlemen: one agency for the villa, another for the car, a broker for the boat, someone else again at the airport. If the boat has a problem, your broker emails the operator and waits. We are the operator. Bali Luxury Concierge is the first end-to-end concierge platform in Bali with its own fleet, its own phinisi, its own villas and its own production house, which means the person who plans your week also controls the assets that deliver it.

Your week, day by day

Day 1 — VIP arrival and your first Bali evening

Our airport team greets you as you leave the aircraft and walks you through the fast-track lane while your luggage is collected. Outside, your chauffeur is waiting with a cooled Alphard; guests who want to mark the occasion may request a Rolls-Royce instead. By late afternoon you are settled at your villa. Dinner is already reserved, at whatever pace suits a long flight.

Days 2–3 — Bali, shaped around you

These two days are built from a conversation, not a brochure. Couples often choose a sunrise walk above the Ubud rice terraces, a quiet gallery lunch, then a clifftop dinner near Uluwatu. Families lean toward beach mornings, a gentle temple visit and an early table. Guests arriving worn out can hand us the brief entirely: our Bali wellness and detox retreat concierge arranges in-villa practitioners and treatments, and for long-haul arrivals we offer Bali sleep optimization retreat planning so you board the boat rested rather than jet-lagged. If you would like one big night before you sail, our nightlife and VIP table concierge handles entry, the table and a secure ride home.

Day 4 — Fly to Labuan Bajo and step aboard

A morning flight crosses to Flores in just over an hour. Our Labuan Bajo team meets you at the aircraft, takes the bags and drives you to the harbour, where the phinisi tender is waiting. By lunch you are under way. The first afternoon usually ends with a swim off the boat and sunset at anchor, with thousands of flying foxes crossing the sky above the mast.

Days 5–6 — Komodo National Park

These are the classic days. A dawn hike up Padar island for the three-bay view. A slow morning on Pink Beach. A ranger-led walk among Komodo dragons on Komodo or Rinca. Certified divers can add guided dives from USD 130, while snorkellers drift over the manta cleaning stations at Karang Makassar with a crew spotter alongside. Each evening the chef serves dinner on deck, anchored in a bay you will very likely have to yourselves.

Day 7 — Back to Bali, or straight home

A final swim, a long breakfast, then the tender returns you to Labuan Bajo for the flight west. From here you choose: one more recovery night in a Bali villa, with a massage booked before you land, or a direct connection home, with our departure team walking you through fast-track at Denpasar so the journey ends the way it began.

What does it cost?

We publish our anchors rather than hiding behind “price on request”. As of August 2026: VIP airport fast-track from USD 160 per guest; a chauffeured Alphard from USD 120 per day and premium sedans from USD 150 per day, with Rolls-Royce and exotic cars on request; private touring from USD 250 per day; guided diving from USD 130; helicopter transfer from USD 890 for guests who would rather fly over the traffic; and the Komodo Luxury phinisi at USD 3,500–8,000 per day for small groups, depending on vessel and season, all-inclusive on board.

Your combined total depends on dates, villa choice and vessel, so we will not print a made-up package number. Send your dates and party size, and your personal manager returns a tailored quote within 24 hours, itemised line by line so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.

Not a diver? The boat is still for you

Roughly half of our charter guests never put on a tank. Non-diver phinisi experience design is a craft of its own: hikes timed for soft light, snorkel sites chosen for calm water, kayaks and paddleboards off the stern, a massage table set up on deck, and a crew who know exactly where the boat should sit at golden hour for photographs. Children are welcome, and the crew adjust the rhythm naturally around them.

Can the same team handle a bigger occasion?

Yes, and this is where owning the assets matters most. Our Bali wedding concierge full planning service covers a ceremony on a clifftop or on board the phinisi, while the same in-house team handles Bali corporate gala dinner production and runs Bali event production end-to-end, with our own media house recording it beautifully. For larger or higher-profile gatherings we layer in Bali event crowd management security, Bali motorcade planning and escort for arriving principals, and the kind of formal Bali emergency response planning events of this profile demand, agreed on paper before the first guest lands. Through July, August and the December holidays we also advise on Bali peak season security planning, because roads, venues and crowds behave differently when the island is full.

Quiet planning for families and principals

Some briefs never appear on an itinerary. Long-standing clients use us for Bali succession planning family retreats, where advisors join a private villa or charter for a few undisturbed days of conversation. Others ask for introductions to vetted counsel on Bali corporate structuring for foreigners considering Indonesia. And when a family faces the hardest moment of all, our team provides discreet Bali end-of-life repatriation planning support, handled with care and complete confidentiality. One number, answered around the clock, whatever the brief.

When should you go? Honest notes on seasons and flights

Komodo sails well for most of the year. April to early December brings the calmest seas and the best visibility; July and August are wonderful but busiest, so we suggest reserving the phinisi about six months ahead. January and February can bring rain and swell, and we tell you so plainly rather than sell you a rough crossing. For guests who dislike backtracking, we also offer Bali-Komodo-Bali loop charter planning, sailing one leg and flying the other. And behind every departure sits our Bali natural disaster contingency planning protocol, covering volcanic ash disruption and airport closures with pre-agreed reroutes, because Indonesia rewards operators who plan for weather rather than hope about it.

Drawn further east? The same one-coordinator formula runs our Bali & Raja Ampat concierge package, built for divers who want the richest reefs on earth after their Bali days.

How do I book?

Tell us your dates, your party size and what a perfect week looks like to you. Your personal manager replies within 24 hours with a day-by-day plan and an itemised quote, then stays beside you from the first message to the drive home from the airport. Bali Luxury Concierge is part of Juara Holding Group — since 2015 the group has operated its own fleet, phinisi, villas and production house across Bali and eastern Indonesia, which is why we can promise what brokers can only forward.
